Job Description :- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable Flutter applications- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring product visions to life- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using Dart and best practices- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Flutter and DartMust Have :- 3+ years of professional experience developing with Flutter and Dart(mandatory)- Experience working on multiple client projects (ideally 2 or more) is a plus(mandatory)- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and best practices- Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC)- Experience with building user interfaces using Flutter widgets and custom components- Experience with unit and integration testing- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Passion for building exceptional user experiencesGood to have :- Experience with Firebase or other backend integrations- Experience with deploying Flutter apps to various platforms (mobile, web, desktop)- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ref:hirist.tech)
