Job Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with over 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a proven track record of managing and implementing SAP FICO projects. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities :SAP FICO Implementation and Support :- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live and support.- Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.- Provide expert advice on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.Business Process Analysis :- Analyze and document business processes and requirements.- Design and implement process improvements in the SAP FICO module.- Ensure that SAP FICO solutions align with business goals and objectives.System Configuration and Customization :- Configure SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing).- Customize SAP FICO functionalities to meet specific business needs.- Develop and maintain configuration documentation.Integration :- Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and non-SAP systems.- Ensure seamless data flow and process integration across modules.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Develop test plans and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.- Identify and resolve system issues and defects.- Ensure the quality and reliability of SAP FICO solutions.Training and Support :- Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders.- Develop training materials and documentation.- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting.Project Management :- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Provide regular project status updates and reports.Required Experience and Skills :Education :- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience : - Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.- Proven experience in managing SAP FICO projects.- Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in SAP FI modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA).- Proficiency in SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (PC).- Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and integration points.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools (e.g. , SAP BW, SAP FIORI) is desirable.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Strong project management skills.Preferred Qualifications :Certifications :- SAP FICO certification.- Certification in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.Additional Experience :- Experience with global SAP FICO implementations.- Experience in financial consolidation and reporting.- Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards.
