Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Selenium Engineer with a strong background in QA/testing, particularly in Selenium and API testing. The ideal candidate will have a graduate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 2 years dedicated to API testing and 4 years to Selenium testing. A QA certification would be an added advantage. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility in work arrangements.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium for web applications.- Conduct API testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.- Execute manual testing when necessary and provide detailed reports on test results.- Identify and report software defects and work closely with developers to resolve them.- Maintain and update automated test scripts as needed to ensure test coverage.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and test coverage.- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to QA/testing.Required Skills and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.- Minimum of 6 years of QA/testing experience.- At least 2 years of experience in API testing.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Selenium testing.- Strong understanding of QA/testing principles and methodologies.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, particularly Selenium.- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- QA certification would be an added advantage.
