About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer Lead to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and implementation of custom applications, features, and integrations that extend the capabilities of our Salesforce platform, encompassing both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. Your expertise in Salesforce development tools and strong leadership skills will be essential for building robust solutions and mentoring junior team members.Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom applications, features, and integrations on the Salesforce platform to support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud needs.- Collaborate closely with business analysts, Salesforce admins, and project managers to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring developed solutions align with strategic objectives.- Leverage your deep knowledge of Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools to build scalable and user-centric applications.- Champion the development and maintenance of Service Cloud functionalities, including customizing the console, creating custom components, and integrating with external systems.- Configure workflows, automation rules, and business logic to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to Salesforce best practices.- Conduct rigorous unit testing and integration testing to guarantee the quality and performance of developed solutions.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.Ideal Candidate :Qualifications :- 7-12 years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of success in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.- In-depth proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.Mandatory Skills :- Proven experience with CPQ (Configuration, Price, Quote) deployments (minimum 2 years).- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities (minimum 2 years of experience).- Expertise in Service Cloud functionalities (minimum 2 years of experience).- Mastery of Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).Optional Skills :- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs.
