Description:
Location: Remote (Canada Shift)-. Experience: 15+ years.Overview : We are looking for a seasoned Senior Oracle Fusion Delivery Manager with extensive techno-functional expertise and hands-on experience across multiple Oracle Fusion modules. The successful candidate will lead our Oracle Fusion implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction. This position requires availability during the Canada shift.Key Responsibilities : - Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they meet timeline, budget, and quality targets.- Stakeholder Management : Engage with clients, business users, and internal teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear project objectives.- Technical and Functional Expertise : Provide hands-on technical and functional guidance in Oracle Fusion applications, including system configuration, integration, customization, and process optimization.- Multi-Module Leadership : Demonstrate deep knowledge and practical experience across multiple Oracle Fusion modules, such as Financials, HCM, SCM, and Procurement.- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of consultants, developers, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution and successful delivery.- Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain best practices and quality assurance processes to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with Oracle Fusion advancements and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and improve project delivery processes.- Client Satisfaction : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Qualifications : -Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Master's degree preferred.- Experience : At least 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and project delivery.- Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications, SQL, PL/SQL, integration tools (such as Oracle Integration Cloud), and reporting tools (such as BI Publisher).- Functional Skills : Extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of multiple Oracle Fusion modules, including but not limited to Financials, HCM, SCM, and Procurement.- Project Management : Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle Fusion projects using methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.- Leadership : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.- Analytical Ability : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.- Certification : Oracle Fusion certifications are highly desirable.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience working in the Canada shift or supporting North American clients. - Prior experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.- Strong understanding of data migration, security, and compliance considerations in Oracle Fusion.
