Description:
Responsibilities :Dynamics 365 Development :- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Service modules.- Implement and customize Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps Portals.- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom workflows.- Utilize XRM Toolbox and Ribbon Workbench for solution customization.Power Platform Solutions :- Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate.- Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces with Canvas Apps.- Build and customize Model-Driven Apps to meet business requirements.- Ensure seamless integration between Power Platform components and Dynamics 365 CE.Integration and Scripting :- Integrate third-party systems and applications with Dynamics 365 CE.- Develop and deploy custom JavaScript solutions to enhance Dynamics 365 CE functionality.- Implement best practices for coding and development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.Project Management and Collaboration :- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers and team members.Maintenance and Optimization :- Perform system maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.- Continuously monitor and enhance the user experience and functionality of deployed solutions.Qualifications :- Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.- Extensive experience with Power Platform components: Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps Portal Customization.Technical Skills :- Proficient in JavaScript, C#, and .NET.- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture and customization tools.- Experience with XRM Toolbox and Ribbon Workbench.- Knowledge of workflows, custom workflows, and plugins development.- Experience with third-party integrations and API development.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Skills :- Experience with Azure services and cloud technologies.- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
