Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (Independent Contractor/Fulltime freelancer) Position : Senior Salesforce Developer with Health Cloud. Experience : 7+ Years. Location : Remote. Duration : 6 Months. Shift : 3 PM to 12 PM. Responsibilities :- Good experience in Salesforce, Apex Development , Triggers, LWC and Flows.- Heath cloud domain knowledge (Patient, provider, pharmacy understanding).- Good understanding of care program and care program enrolment.- Good experience in health cloud patient and provider portals.- Good experience in lighting aura or LWC.- Good expertise in REST API integration.- Understanding of NPI, DEA credentials.Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Development : Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Design and implement custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes. Health Cloud Expertise : Utilize Health Cloud features to optimize patient and provider management workflows. Develop and enhance Health Cloud patient and provider portals to improve user experience and engagement. Implement and manage care programs and care program enrolments within Health Cloud. Integration and Customization : Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST APIs. Customize Health Cloud to align with the specific needs of healthcare providers and patients. Healthcare Domain Knowledge : Apply understanding of healthcare workflows, including patient, provider, and pharmacy interactions. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, particularly related to NPI and DEA credentials. Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions. Project Management : Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, and solution design. Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Document technical designs, configurations, and user guides.Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years focused on Health Cloud. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Strong understanding of the healthcare domain, including patient, provider, and pharmacy management. - Experience in developing and managing patient and provider portals within Health Cloud. Expertise in REST API integration. - Knowledge of healthcare credentials such as NPI and DEA. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
