Job Description : - Should have 4 to 7 years of experience in Configuration, Deployment, Integration knowledge and supporting.- Troubleshooting interface errors via transaction assistant.- Should have knowledge in developing WFD Custom reports.- Should have work experience in below modules of Kronos : - Time and Attendance modules. - Accruals. - Dataviews and Reporting. - Access Profiles. - Business Structures. - Hyperfinds. - Request Subtypes. - Pay Policy modules like Adjustment rules, Holiday Profiles, Pay rules. - Scheduling. - Activities. - Analytics. - Boomi integration experience.- Debugging and configuring new Devices in UDM.- About the Opportunity We are seeking a talented Kronos System Administrator to join our growing team. - In this critical role, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and configuration of our Kronos workforce management system. - You will be responsible for configuration, deployment, integration, and ongoing support of Kronos modules, ensuring accurate and efficient timekeeping, workforce management, and reporting for our organization. Responsibilities : - Configure, deploy, and integrate various Kronos modules, including : - Time and Attendance Accruals Dataviews and Reporting Access Profiles Business Structures Hyperfinds Request Subtypes Pay Policy (Adjustment Rules, Holiday Profiles, Pay Rules) Scheduling Activities Analytics Develop custom reports using WFD (Workforce Data) to provide valuable insights into workforce data. - Troubleshoot interface errors related to Kronos data exchange using transaction assistant tools. - Maintain and update Kronos system configurations to optimize performance and meet evolving business needs. - Manage user access profiles and permissions within the Kronos system. - Analyze workforce data and generate reports to support informed decision-making. - Partner with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Kronos with other enterprise systems (e.g., Boomi integration experience is a plus). - Debug and configure new devices within the UDM (Universal Device Manager). - Provide ongoing technical support to end-users regarding Kronos functionality and troubleshooting common issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Kronos features and updates. - Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications : - 4-7 years of experience in Kronos system administration or a related HR/Workforce Management system. - In-depth knowledge of Kronos modules, including Time and Attendance, Accruals, Reporting, Security, and Business Rules. - Experience developing custom reports using Kronos WFD. - Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve Kronos system issues. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Excellent understanding of access control and user permissions. - Experience with Boomi integration is a plus. - Experience with UDM device configuration and management is a plus. - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
