About the Role :- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Field Service Technical Architect to join our growing team.- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical direction for Salesforce Field Service implementations.- Your expertise will be essential for ensuring best practices in integrations, data migrations, data modeling, customizations, and platform performance.- You will also be responsible for mentoring the development team and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.- Guide architecture decisions for integrations, data migrations, data models, customizations, and platform performance optimization.- Conduct code reviews to assess quality, adherence to coding standards, and optimal technical design.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for efficient resolution.- Assist with development tasks as needed, bridging the gap between architecture and development.- Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a strong learning environment and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with the product development team to identify solutions for technical product limitations.- This may involve exploring functionalities like GraphQL, offline development, and Apex development.- Partner with Salesforce Architects (SAs) to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions.- Break down these solutions into actionable tasks and manage them within Jira.Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce architect or a related technical role.- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Field Service concepts, functionalities, and configuration options.- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and data modeling principles.- Experience with Salesforce customization techniques (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).- Proficiency in code review practices and the ability to identify potential code improvements.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.
