Role : Appian DeveloperLocation : Bangalore , Hyderabad , Mumbai , Pune , indore , Ahmedabad , Delhi/NCRExperience :Total Experience : 6+ yearsRelevant Appian Development Experience : 4-5 yearsCertifications :Mandatory : Appian Associate Developer/L1 certificationPreferred : Appian Senior Developer/L2 certificationJoining : Early joiners are preferred.Key Responsibilities :Appian Development :- Develop and design Appian applications and process models.- Implement activities, events, gateways, smart services, and integration services.- Utilize Sail components effectively in application development.- Use various Appian functions to enhance application functionality.- Manage groups and users efficiently within the Appian platform.- Create records with appropriate filters and multiple views for better data management.- Develop process and tempo reports for monitoring and performance tracking.- Create sites with multiple types of pages, ensuring a user-friendly interface.Database Management :- Perform basic database operations, including select queries and CRUD operations.- Create and manage database views.- Develop and maintain stored procedures to enhance database interactions.Integration and Customization :- Integrate Appian applications with external systems and services.- Develop custom plugins to extend the functionality of the Appian platform.Required Skills and Expertise :Appian Platform :- Extensive experience (6-10 years) in Appian development.- In-depth knowledge of designing and managing process models.- Proficiency in using Sail components and Appian functions.- Expertise in managing groups and users within Appian.- Experience in creating records with filters and multiple views.- Proficiency in developing process reports and tempo reports.- Knowledge of creating sites with diverse types of pages.- Preferred: Experience in integration and custom plugin creation.Database (DB) :- Basic understanding of database management and operations.- Ability to perform CRUD operations.- Knowledge of view creation and stored procedures.Soft Skills :- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.Educational Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Relevant certifications in Appian development.
