Key Responsibilities :Design and Development :- Design and develop generative AI models and algorithms using advanced techniques such as GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformers), VAE (Variational Autoencoders), and GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks).- Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models for various applications.Machine Learning Solutions :- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning solutions in Natural Language Processing (NLP).- Utilize libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, Spark NLP, spaCy, HuggingFace, Flair, etc., to build robust NLP applications.Model Architectures and Algorithms :- Work with various NLP model architectures and algorithms, with a focus on models like BERT (Bidirectional - Encoder Representations from Transformers).- Implement and fine-tune NLP models to achieve high performance on specific tasks.Experience with LLMs :- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and open-source LLMs.- Utilize LangChain frameworks to enhance model performance and deployment.Requirements :- Experience in designing, developing and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions in NLP (NLTK, Spark NLP, spaCy, HuggingFace, Flair, NLTK, etc) for real-world business problems.- Worked in NLP model architectures and algorithms such as BERT.- Experience in LLMs/Open Source LLMs and Langchain frameworks.- Combination of deep technical skills and business sense, to interface with all levels and disciplines within an organization.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex research to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Self-motivated individual that thrives in a dynamic environment.
