Job Title : Workday integration. Work type : Permanent. Location : Hyderabad. Experience : 2-13 years. Job description :- Work on- Workday Integration projects involving the planning, inventory analysis, scoping, facilitating integration design sessions to gather requirements, coding, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support of complex integrations.- Working as Subject matter expert through the entire systems development lifecycle.- Assist customers in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Integrations, including EIB, Studio and Cloud Connect integrations.- Provide support to HR inbound and outbound integrations within Workday including but not limited to Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Document Transformation (XSLTs), Workday Web Service Calls, and Studio Integrations.- You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the Integrations into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.Qualifications :- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.- Ability to collaborate with Client/ Onshore counter parts from different regions and able to communicate effectively.- Create solutions for client and/or internal review.- Participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos.- Experience in complex project delivery and transformation for at least 1 global implementation.- Proven expertise in completion of at least 2 end-to-end Workday global rollout/implementation as a Workday Technical consultant.Must-Have Certifications : - Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio (desirable). Experience & Background : - BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA.- Candidate should have a minimum of 2-12 years of experience in IT.- Minimum 2 years of HCM/Financial Integration experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other ERP HCM systems, etc.- Experience with Workday Integrations, DT, EIB Inbound and Outbound integrations.Required Skills/Experience : - Workday Custom Reports. - XML/XSLT. - Web Services SOAP and REST. - Experience in Workday Tools like EIB, DT and Core Connectors. - Integration Security Configuration. Preferred Skills/Experience : - Workday Studio. - CCB, PICOF, PECI. - BIRT. - HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge. (ref:hirist.tech)
