Who you are :- Hands on work exp. At L2/L3 level support at IT Infra, Overall IT end user support.- Understanding and experience with Switches, Router, and network fundamentals.- Depth knowledge in Sophos Firewall, & its configuration/deployment.- AD Integration, deployment AD on multiple platform (Windows, Mac, Linux).- Experience with ESXi Server/VM Configuration.- Experience Managing Cloud InfraAWS, Azure etc.- Documentation of ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, and SoC.- Hands of exp. with work on multiple ticketing tool, Asset monitoring tool.- Exp with Network Monitoring tool, Log Server (any SIEM Solution exp would be an added advantage).- Patch management Server/ WSUS Server monitoring.- Windows and Linux Server knowledge.- Reporting for critical devices.- Monitoring Security posture. What will excite you : - Strong fundamentals on Networks, Topologies, Switches, OSI.- L2/L3 level support at IT Infra, Overall IT end user support.- Firewall Configuration, UTM.- Microsoft AD Integration, deployment AD on multiple platform (Windows, Mac, Linux).- ESXi VM Ware deployment, Configuration.- ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, and SoC controls/Policies.- Ticketing tool, Asset monitoring tool.- Exp with Network Monitoring tool, Log Server (any SIEM Solution exp would be an added advantage).- Good Communication skills.- Good Problem-solving tactics.
