Key Responsibilities :Cluster/Component Testing :- Perform cluster and component testing to ensure the reliability and performance of automotive systems.- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for cluster and component testing.- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.AUTOSAR Testing :- Conduct testing of AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture) components to ensure compliance with industry standards.- Verify the integration and functionality of AUTOSAR modules within the automotive system.- Use AUTOSAR tools and methodologies to perform thorough testing and validation.QNX Testing :- Test QNX-based systems and applications for functionality, performance, and reliability.- Develop and execute test cases specific to QNX environments.- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to QNX systems and provide solutions.- Whitebox Testing with CAPL or Python- Conduct whitebox testing to verify the internal structures and workings of software components.- Utilize CAPL (Communication Access Programming Language) or Python to write and execute test scripts.- Analyze code to identify test cases and ensure comprehensive coverage.Test Automation :- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for efficient and repeatable testing.- Implement test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.- Continuously improve test automation processes and practices.- Documentation and Reporting- Document test plans, test cases, and test results in a clear and concise manner.- Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders.- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and defect management.- Collaboration and Communication- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure seamless testing processes.- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving software quality.- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications :Technical Skills :- Proficiency in cluster and component testing methodologies.- Experience with AUTOSAR testing.- Knowledge of QNX operating systems and related testing techniques.- Strong skills in whitebox testing using CAPL or Python.Testing and Automation:- Ability to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Experience in test automation and using relevant tools and frameworks.- Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools.- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Problem-Solving Skills :- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.- Analytical skills to analyze code and system behavior for testing purposes.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in the automotive industry or related field.- Knowledge of additional programming languages and testing tools.- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
