This role is integral to our ongoing project, focusing on support and resolving escalations. If you are a proactive problem solver with a solid background in Java development and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities :- Provide expert-level support and resolve escalations in the ongoing project.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.- Ensure the stability and performance of the system through efficient problem resolution.- Maintain and enhance existing application features and functionality.- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the overall system optimization.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Java development.- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Preferred Attributes :- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.- Self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and implement new technologies.- Creative thinker with a disciplined approach to identifying and completing critical tasks.
