The Senior Data Scientist & NLP Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms and models for generative AI and natural language processing tasks. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract valuable insights from complex datasets, create data visualizations, and provide data-driven recommendations. The Sr. Data Scientist & NLP Engineer will also collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop innovative solutions. While the role is located in Pune, there is flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications :- Data Science, Statistics, and Data Analytics skills- Data Visualization and Data Analysis skills- Experience in developing and implementing algorithms for generative AI and natural language processing- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Ability to work in a startup ecosystem and own tasks, including documentation , leading a team or interaction with clients (ref:hirist.tech)
