The Education Client Advisor is someone experienced in education, has an understanding of young people, conversant in H&P Education's portfolio of services and to a lesser degree, H&P's residency & citizenship programs.As an Education Client Advisor you will be is responsible for increasing the number of new cases serviced by H&P Education by understanding the requirements of the leads and directing them to the most appropriate school or college counsellor. Education CAs are primarily responsible for the development and conversion of leads into education client cases, through the delivery of industry-leading customer service, a premier on - boarding experience and world-class education advisory services to new and existing clients. Responsabilities: Raise awareness about the services and solutions offered by H&P Education Research, prepare and execute high-impact meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners and client prospects/leads Develop trusting relationships with both intermediary partners and client prospects/leads. Travel in India and potentially SEA Qualify prospects who express interest in Education Services to clients via the signing of client agreements. Work in partnership with our Client Advisors and Relationship Managers to provide a seamless experience when collaborating on events, webinars, meetings, and onboarding Education clients. Introduce at a high level, relevant residency or citizenship programs to education leads. Actively grow existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities and meet and exceed sales targets set by H&P Education Maintain a high level of relevant global education knowledge in both the schools and university sectors. Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions with full and effective use of the CRM system Be a positive representative of H&P Education and its brand in the marketplace, industry events and conferences. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in education, business, marketing or other related disciplines Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage Experience in an education environment (teacher, admissions counsellor, recruitment and others) and in a business/sales environment. Strong international networks that allow for business development. High level understanding of international education Exceptional communication skills in order to communicate, present and speak to families and other key stakeholders Superior written and verbal communication skills - professional level of English required. Collaborative approach and to be able to relate and build relationships with parents and students and H&P Education's key stakeholders. Influence in a positive maner.
