Job Description: Safety Officer Position: Safety Officer Gender: Male Experience: Minimum 5 years Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the workplace complies with safety standards and regulations, and for promoting a safe working environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Safety Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all health and safety regulations and standards. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures. Training: Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and understanding of safety practices. Incident Investigation: Investigate any accidents or incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving safety processes and practices. Safety Equipment: Ensure that all safety equipment is maintained and in good working condition. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role. Education: A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Certification: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly desirable. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: The position may require working in various environments, including offices, factories, and construction sites. The candidate must be willing to travel to different locations as needed.
