Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at [NBFC Name]. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting and selling financial products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a deep understanding of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels including referrals, networking, and direct sales. Develop and maintain a database of potential clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs. Sales and Business Development: Promote and sell a range of financial products and services offered by the NBFC, including loans, investment products, and insurance. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to review their financial status and offer new products and services. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and professional service. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and feedback to management on market conditions and client preferences. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, NBFC, or banking sector. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex financial products and services. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
