Job Description :Our client is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Digital Transformation Technology Architect to join their growing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their technology landscape by guiding and implementing the modernization of their software development practices. You will leverage your expertise in cutting-edge technologies and architectural principles to design and implement solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure.Responsibilities :- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, focusing on the modernization of software development tools, architectures, and standards.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.- Design and implement modern software architectures that are scalable, secure, and meet evolving business requirements.- Champion the adoption of cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) to optimize infrastructure and application delivery.- Provide expert guidance on the selection and implementation of modern development frameworks (Spring Boot, Python, Angular, Vue, React, etc.).- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the software development teams.- Lead and mentor development teams, promoting agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.- Oversee the implementation of best practices for code quality, maintainability, and security.- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and identify opportunities to leverage them for competitive advantage.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 10 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development.- In-depth knowledge of modern development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Python, Angular, Vue, React).- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure) and their architectural principles.- Proven experience in applying design patterns and architectural best practices.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps principles.- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.- Experience in mentoring and guiding software development teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
