Description:
Responsibilities :- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, particularly within the Customer Service domain. (Minimum 8 years of experience)- Possess in-depth expertise in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 using features like Forms, Views, Plugins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (Minimum 8 years of experience)- Leverage your strong .NET, JavaScript, and C# development skills to create custom functionalities within Dynamics 365.- Minimum 8 years of experience- Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers on the team.- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented development environment.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.- Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 environment to ensure optimal performance and security.- (Optional, but highly desired) Implement integrations with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to automate workflows and extend functionalities.- (3+ years of experience)- (Optional, but desired) Utilize standard and premium connectors to streamline data flow within PowerApps and Power Automate.- (Optional, but a plus) Experience with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services for comprehensive collaboration solutions.- (Optional, but a plus) Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.- (Optional, but desired) Experience with data integrations and migrations using SSIS packages.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead or equivalent role.- Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and implementing complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and functionalities, particularly Customer Service features.- Strong expertise in customization and development using Dynamics 365 tools (Forms, Views, Plugins, Workflows, BPFs).- Proficiency in programming languages like .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
