About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team.- You will take a leadership role in implementing and administering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.- You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to understand business needs and translate them into robust and scalable Salesforce configurations.- Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring successful deployments and driving user adoption.Responsibilities :- Lead the implementation and administration of complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.- Utilize SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle to manage development processes.- Design and develop custom objects, fields, workflows, processes, and triggers to automate business processes.- Leverage SUMO Scheduler to automate tasks and optimize Salesforce workflows.- Implement and manage Mobile App Scanner functionality within Salesforce.- Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, build automation, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).- Implement Azure DevOps best practices to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.- Possess a strong understanding of Azure licensing and costing (a plus).- Lead technical workstreams for at least two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations, including integrations, data conversions, and extension development.- Manage and execute data migration and cloud integration projects.- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Salesforce Lifecycle Services (LCS).- Possess strong back-end development skills using technologies like SQL, PowerBI, C#, and the .NET framework.- Manage code build and deployment processes using Visual Studio Team Services and Lifecycle Services.- Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 8+ years of experience leading and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.- Proven experience with SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.- Hands-on experience with SUMO Scheduler and Mobile App Scanner functionality.- Experience with Azure DevOps and best practices for version control, build automation, and CI/CD.- Experience leading technical workstreams for CRM or ERP implementations.- Strong understanding of data migration and cloud integration concepts.- Proficiency in back-end development technologies like SQL, PowerBI, C#, and the .NET framework.Required Certifications : - Salesforce Certified Developer- Salesforce Certified AdministratorPreferred Certifications :- Salesforce Certified System Architect- Salesforce Certified Application Architect- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (ref:hirist.tech)
