Position : Python Developer (Django/Pyramid)Job Description : As a Python Developer, Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Django/Pyramid/Flask frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Python, web development principles, and experience working with databases.Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Python-based applications.- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and expertise.- Architect scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.- Participate in architecture and design discussions to drive innovation.- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Requirements :- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Python development.- Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries/frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).- Extensive experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.- Expertise in software design principles, patterns, and architectural styles.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
