About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4 HANA ABAP Consultant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our S/4 HANA systems. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and business acumen to develop and implement complex ABAP solutions, manage HANA databases, and ensure the efficient operation of our S/4 HANA Central Finance modules.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement complex ABAP programs and functionalities within the S/4 HANA ABAP environment.- Possess strong knowledge of HANA database concepts, utilize HANA Studio for development, and understand HANA modeling techniques.- Demonstrate familiarity with Master Data Governance (MDG), Variant Configuration Management (VIM), and Authorization Object (AO) functionalities.- Apply strong programming skills within the ABAP workbench environment to deliver robust and efficient solutions.- Possess a solid understanding of S/4 HANA Central Finance modules and their business processes.- Work independently on assigned tasks, managing projects from conception to completion.- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure project success.- Take ownership of resolving technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of S/4 HANA systems.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 8-10 years of experience working as an ABAP consultant with a focus on S/4 HANA ABAP development.- In-depth knowledge of ABAP programming language, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and ABAP workbench functionalities.- Proficiency in HANA database administration using HANA Studio and understanding of HANA modeling principles.- Working knowledge of MDG, VIM, and AO functionalities (a plus).- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance modules and their business processes.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- (Optional, but a plus) Experience with Fiori applications and openText integration with SAP.
