Key Responsibilities : - Data Analysis and Interpretation : - Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.- Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data distributions and relationships.Statistical Modeling and Machine Learning : - Develop, implement, and validate statistical models and machine learning algorithms.- Apply predictive modeling techniques to drive business strategies and decision-making.Data Processing and Management : - Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into usable formats.- Manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality.Feature Engineering : - Identify and create relevant features for model development.- Optimize features to improve model accuracy and performance.Tool and Technology Utilization : - Use data science tools such as Python, R, SQL, and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).- Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present findings.Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.- Communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.Research and Innovation : - Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.- Innovate and experiment with new techniques to enhance data analysis and modeling capabilities.Required Qualifications : Experience : - 5 to 7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.- Proven track record in developing and implementing statistical models and machine learning algorithms.Technical Skills : - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.- Experience with data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras).- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data.- Strong problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.Communication and Collaboration : - Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications : - Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.- Familiarity with cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for data processing and storage.- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.
