Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Senior Tester with in-depth knowledge of Oracle Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Oracle HRMS implementations through rigorous testing and validation processes.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & Strategy :- Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on Oracle HRMS functional and technical requirements.- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements and define the scope of testing.Test Case Development : - Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for Oracle HRMS modules.- Ensure test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements.Manual & Automated Testing :- Execute manual test cases to validate the functionality of Oracle HRMS modules.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools to enhance testing efficiency.- Perform regression testing to ensure that new updates do not adversely affect existing functionalities.Defect Management :- Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool.- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.- Retest resolved defects to ensure they are fixed correctly.System Integration Testing :- Perform end-to-end testing to validate the integration of Oracle HRMS with other systems and applications.
