Job Title: SailPoint DeveloperLocation: Bangalore , Hyderabad ,Ahmedabad ,Indore ,Pune ,Delhi/NCR , MumbaiExperience: 5 to 8 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Description :Forward Eye Technologies is seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with 5 to 8 years of IT experience, specifically in Identity Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development, customization, and solution experience with one or more Identity Management solution suites and a deep understanding of Identity Management and Governance use cases. The role involves deploying and integrating SailPoint Identity IIQ Governance solutions to meet customer requirements.Responsibilities :Deployment and Integration :- Deploy SailPoint Identity IIQ Governance solutions to meet customer requirements.- Design, deploy, implement, and integrate SailPoint with critical applications and infrastructure.Life Cycle Methodologies :- Follow approved life cycle methodologies.- Create comprehensive documentation for design and testing.Customer Interaction :- Interact and coordinate with customers as required.- Assist the operations team as needed and coordinate with the product engineering team.Technical Issue Resolution :- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of issues faced by clients on production instances.- Recreate issues in the development environment, provide fixes, unit test, and migrate solutions to production.Technical Expertise and Solution Design :- Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concepts, and implementations.- Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections.Customization and Development :- Create custom JARs for disconnected applications to import data through CSV from the server.- Develop and customize solutions to align with specific customer needs.Qualifications :Educational Background :- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.Experience :- 5 to 8 years of industry experience in the design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.- Thorough domain knowledge in Identity Management and Governance.Technical Skills :- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IIQ.- Proficiency in deploying and integrating Identity Management solutions.- Strong understanding of application, data, and infrastructure governance.- Ability to debug and resolve technical issues effectively.- Experience in creating custom JARs and handling disconnected applications.- Familiarity with RCA processes and the ability to provide fixes and perform unit testing.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.- Ability to document processes and create comprehensive documentation.
