Key Responsibilities:Develop Custom Solutions:- Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs.- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform components such as PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Pages to create comprehensive business solutions.Implement Document Management Systems:- Develop and implement robust records and document management systems within SharePoint and Power Platform environments.- Ensure compliance with information governance and records management best practices.Create Workflows and Business Processes:- Design and implement complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate.- Automate repetitive tasks and streamline business operations through efficient workflow design.Manage Security and Compliance:- Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.- Implement security measures and compliance policies within the Microsoft ecosystem.SharePoint Development:- Create and configure SharePoint sites, including UI/UX design, document library setup, view creation, and metadata management.- Ensure the SharePoint environment is optimized for performance and usability.Technical Expertise:- Leverage in-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, and O365 platforms to enhance solution architecture.- Maintain and update knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.Required Qualifications:Education:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform development and architecture.- Proven track record in developing custom SharePoint solutions and Power Platform applications.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Technical Skills:- Proficiency with SharePoint site creation, UI/UX design, document library configuration, view creation, and metadata management.- Strong knowledge of Power Platform components (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow, Power BI, Power Pages, etc.) and Migration Manager.- Expertise in records management, information governance, or compliance roles within SharePoint.- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, and O365 platforms.Certifications:- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform.- Exam SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.- Exam MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with records management and information governance within a SharePoint environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
