The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Global HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and Performance Management( Any 2 Must) .The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs and drives HR process efficiencies.Key Responsibilities:Implementation and Configuration:- Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM modules: Global HR, Absence Management, OTL, and Performance Management.- Configure Oracle HCM applications based on business requirements and best practices.- Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop functional specifications.- Manage and execute system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Business Analysis and Process Improvement:- Collaborate with HR and other business units to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.- Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement leveraging Oracle HCM functionalities.- Develop and recommend solutions to optimize HR processes.System Maintenance and Support:- Provide ongoing functional support and maintenance for Oracle HCM applications.- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical teams.- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.Training and Documentation:- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process guides and system configuration documents.- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and system functionalities.Reporting and Analytics:- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all HR reports and analytics.- Utilize analytics to provide insights and recommendations for HR strategy.Qualifications:Education:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud.- Proven experience with Global HR, Absence Management, OTL, and Performance Management modules.Skills:- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and functionality.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Proficiency in developing functional specifications and documentation.- Experience with SQL and Oracle reporting tools is a plus.- Project management skills and experience are preferred.Competencies:- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.- Proactive and customer-focused mindset.Working Conditions:- Typical office environment with occasional remote work options.
