Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Product Analyst to join our growing product team. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, analyzing product usage data, and driving product strategy and roadmap development. You will leverage your expertise in product analysis, user research, and data visualization to ensure our products deliver exceptional value to our users.Responsibilities :- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.- Analyze user behavior and product usage data (quantitative and qualitative) to understand user needs and pain points.- Translate business requirements and user insights into actionable product requirements and specifications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.- Develop and conduct user research activities (surveys, interviews, A/B testing) to gather user feedback and validate product ideas.- Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against business goals.- Recommend product improvements and optimizations based on data analysis and user feedback.- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in product management and user research methodologies.Qualifications :Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role focused on product management.- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).- Experience with user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, A/B testing) and user experience (UX) principles.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.- Experience with product management frameworks (e.g. Agile).- Experience with user experience (UX) research tools (e.g. UserTesting).
