Job Description :As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and execute automated test scripts that validate the functionality and performance of our applications.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python.- Design and implement automation frameworks for UI and API testing using Selenium.- Utilize the Pytest framework to write and execute test cases.- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity through automated testing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.- Debug and resolve issues in the automation scripts.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test automation practices.- Continuously enhance the automation framework to support new features and improve efficiency.- Document test plans, test cases, and test results.Required Skills and Experience :- 3 - 5 years of experience in QA with a focus on automation testing.- Proficient in Python programming language.- Hands-on experience with UI and API automation using Selenium.- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and the ability to design and implement them.- Preferable experience with Pytest framework.- Demonstrated ability to perform data validation through automated testing.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Health insurance and wellness programs.- Professional development opportunities.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Flexible working hours and remote work options.
