Description:
Position Title : Data Scientist (Python Developer). Job Location : Gurgaon. Reporting To : Lead Technology. Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with product management and engineering departments to understand company needs and devise possible solutions.- Lead data mining and collection procedures.- Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis.- Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns for insurance industry.- Create and manage data pipeline on cloud platforms AWS etc.- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.- Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns relevant to business.- Present information using data visualization techniques.Key Skills Required :- Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc.- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI).- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing platform (eg Snowflake.)- Strong math skills (e.g., statistics, algebra).- Deploying data pipelines in production based on Continuous Delivery practices.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Great attention to detail and analytical mind. Experience And Education :- 4-5 years of experience as Analytics Lead or Data Science / Engineer Lead.- BTech / BE / MCA in Comp Sc from Tier 1 Institutes. (ref:hirist.tech)
