We provide utmost discretion and believe in building long-term relationships with our clients & Candidates.Job Description :- Graduates with 10+yrs of experience- CISSP, CISM, CISA certification desired- Develop and implement IT security strategy, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, applications, and data from cyber threats- Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, including security analysts, engineers, and specialists, to execute the IT security strategy- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls, technologies, and solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security, SIEM, and encryption- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans to identify weaknesses and gaps in the IT security posture and recommend remediation actions- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, and CIS Controls- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and relevant privacy laws and regulations- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize security risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development- Suitable candidates may forward their updated profiles in strict confidence to hr13@hectorandstreak.
