Description:
The Oracle Agile PLM Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Agile PLM solutions to meet the organization's operational and business needs. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Agile PLM, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Agile PLM implementation.- Configure and customize Agile PLM to align with business processes and requirements.- Design and implement a solution architecture for Agile PLM integration with other enterprise systems.- Provide technical expertise on Agile PLM modules, including PC, PQM, PPM, and PCM.- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of agile PLM solutions.- Lead end-user training and provide ongoing support and maintenance for Agile PLM.- Participate in the evaluation of new Agile PLM releases and updates.- Collaborate with other functional consultants and developers to ensure seamless integration and data migration.- Document technical and functional specifications, user manuals, and best practices.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Agile PLM.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven 6+ experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Agile PLM solutions.- Should have an understanding of Engineering Application Development.- Experience in OOPS, Java, SQL, and Dot Net Development.- Experience in coding and archiving codes.- Should have experience in the Development of Integration.- Should have worked on at least 3 Customization projects of moderate scale.- Expertise in Agile PLM modules such as PC, PQM, PPM, and PCM.- Strong understanding of PLM best practices, business processes, and industry standards.- Proficiency in Oracle database technologies and SQL scripting.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in Agile PLM environments.- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Experience with Agile PLM integration with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.- Certification in Oracle Agile PLM is a plus.- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
