We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in leading S/4 HANA Central Finance projects.In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of FICO and S/4 HANA to architect, develop, and implement solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.Minimum Qualifications :- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP ECC 6.- FI/CO Module.- Proven experience with at least two S/4 HANA Finance or Central Finance implementations (end-to-end).- Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle: implementation, rollouts, enhancements, and support.- 3+ years of domain expertise in one or more FICO areas (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting).Primary Responsibilities :- Act as a S/4 HANA Central Finance Solution Architect, designing and developing complex ERP solutions using S/4 HANA FICO.- Evaluate business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.- Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to functional consultants.- Collaborate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.- Lead the team in identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting client requirements.- Facilitate workshops to gather business needs.- Assist clients with architectural decisions and system/landscape solutions.- Recommend and implement process improvements for SAP FICO and S/4 HANA Central Finance environments.- Manage cross-border deployments, coordinating change across process, IT, and business teams.- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders.- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and project teams.- Perform comprehensive FI & CO configuration tasks.- Possess extensive experience in FI/CO reporting solutions tailored to client requirements.- Demonstrate experience with FI integration points with other SAP modules (SD, MM).- Have in-depth knowledge of at least two FICO processes (RTR, PTP, OTC).Additional Skills (Highly Preferred) :- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Central Finance functionalities.- Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure).- Strong understanding of system integration principles.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
