Position : Project LeadLocation : Mulund WestExperience : 10 to 15 yrsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities :- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope- Drive project implementation, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various stakeholders and internal team.- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain content standards- Proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Escalate unresolved problems and concerns immediately, with possible options for management to decide on- Ensure staff have the right competencies, objectives, and motivation to meet quality guidelines and deliver results- Responsible for overall operations and client satisfactionRequirement skills :- N-Tier software design principles, N-Tier app development- Experience in Unity, NodeJs, C#, SQL Server, Java- .NET, REST API, HTML5, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY- Windows Server Config, IIS, Ubuntu, Firewall Settings- Deep Understanding of Web Security implementation and related coding standards- Must know how to build mobile apps for Android and iOS- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Web Sockets, Threading- Deployment of apps to App Store and Playstore- Knowledge of Payment Gateway Integrations, Third party API integrations.
