Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Telecom Network Tester with 5-8 years of experience in testing 4G and LTE EPC networks.The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of telecom protocols and 3GPP procedures, alongside strong skills in test strategy development, test planning, and test execution.Basic automation and scripting knowledge, as well as strong analytical and debugging skills, are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test plans for 4G/LTE EPC networks.- Perform detailed testing of telecom protocols and network elements in accordance with 3GPP standards.- Utilize various test tools to conduct network testing and troubleshoot issues.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.- Document test cases, procedures, and results, and provide comprehensive reports on testing activities.- Continuously update testing methodologies and tools to improve quality and efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of network components.- Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in 4G/LTE and related technologies. Required :Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.- 5-8 years of experience in telecom network testing, specifically 4G and LTE EPC.- Strong understanding of telecom protocols such as S1, S11, S6a, Diameter, GTP, and SCTP.- In-depth knowledge of 3GPP standards and procedures.- Proficiency in using network test tools such as Wireshark, Spirent, Anite, TEMS, and similar.- Basic knowledge of automation and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Shell scripting).- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
