Role: Senior/Principal Consultant (70% Technical, 30% Functional). Experience: 8+ years. Location: Remote.- The NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and customizing NetSuite ERP solutions to meet the business needs of the organization.- This role is essential in ensuring seamless operation and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems, providing technical expertise, and aligning technology solutions with business processes.Key Responsibilities :- Responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.- Work with the customer to configure/customize the NetSuite application to meet their business requirements.- Conduct sessions with the customer over the phone or in person, attend project meetings and provide status on the progress of activities and deliverables.- Provide customers with as-needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas.- Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities at NetSuite.- NetSuite Technical & Functional Experience with some knowledge of NetSuite scripting.- Knowledge/experience in Accounting/Financial Services.- Should have experience in systems applications consulting.- Expertise in NetSuite Configuration& Customization.- Understanding of common industry-standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger), Order Management Billing and invoicing.- Good understanding of Consolidation, Intercompany Accounting, Foreign Currency Exchange Rates & Financial Statements in the NetSuite Application.- Solid knowledge of Record-to-Report areas like Expense Allocation, Fixed Assets, and reconciliations.- Good to have knowledge of SaaS applications such as Blackline.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to Analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage projects, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.- Previous enterprise-level experience as a Solutions consultant is preferred.- Respond to and troubleshoot incidents.- Conduct root cause analyses.- Has context menu Compose Paragraph. Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Extensive experience (8+ years) working with NetSuite, including customization, administration, and development, must have worked in at least 4 Project implementations.- Proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder, and knowledge of NetSuite Analytics preferred.- Experience editing financial reports and deep experience with NetSuite financials would be preferred.- Experience with NetSuite financials, logistics, inventory management, and warehousing is required.- Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, workflows, and scripting languages.- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.- Experience with SuiteAnalytics and SuiteCloud development.- Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy-the ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- NetSuite certifications are preferred but not required.
