Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing and maintaining SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. This role involves collaborating with business users to understand their requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the seamless operation of SAP PP and QM processes.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Configuration :- Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP PP/QM modules.- Configure SAP PP/QM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.- Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing.- Ensure successful migration of data and seamless go-live.Business Analysis and Support :- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.- Provide expert advice on SAP PP/QM best practices.- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize system performance.- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP system.Process Optimization :- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.- Develop and implement process optimization strategies leveraging SAP PP/QM capabilities.- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.Documentation and Reporting :- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.- Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Qualifications :Educational Background : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience :- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM module implementation and support.- Proven track record in managing SAP PP/QM projects from inception to completion.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules.- Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM).- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.- Familiarity with ABAP programming for debugging and minor enhancements is preferred.
