We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming with a focus on Human Resources (HR) modules. This role involves developing and maintaining custom ABAP programs, working closely with HR business units to understand their requirements, and providing technical support to ensure efficient and effective HR processes within the SAP environment.Key Responsibilities :Development and Customization :- Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces specific to SAP HR modules.- Enhance existing ABAP programs to improve performance and functionality.- Work on SAP HR sub-modules including PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll), and TM (Time Management).- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to SAP HR modules.- Debug and resolve complex SAP ABAP issues and ensure system stability.- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to identify and fix bugs and optimize performance.System Integration and Data Management :- Develop and maintain data interfaces between SAP HR and other systems.- Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP HR modules and integrated systems.- Manage data migrations, conversions, and uploads using LSMW, BDC, and other relevant tools.Collaboration and Consultation :- Work closely with HR business units to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Provide technical guidance and expertise in SAP HR best practices.- Participate in project planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.Documentation and Training :- Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP developments, enhancements, and customizations.- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users and functional consultants on custom programs and functionalities.- Stay updated with the latest SAP HR functionalities and best practices.Qualifications :Educational Background :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience :- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on HR modules.- Proven track record in developing and supporting custom ABAP programs in SAP HR.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and development tools.- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules including PA, OM, PY, and TM.- Experience with SAP enhancement techniques such as User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework.- Familiarity with HR Forms (HRFORMS), Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAPscript.- Experience with SAP Workflow and Web Dynpro for ABAP is a plus.Soft Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
