Role : Big Data + DatabricksResponsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement scalable Big Data solutions using the Hadoop ecosystem.- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop and optimize Spark and Hive scripts to process, transform, and analyze large datasets.- Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of data processing and storage infrastructure.- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate Big Data solutions with existing systems and applications.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, processing, and analytics.- Implement best practices and standards for data engineering and data integration processes.- Stay up- to- date with the latest advancements in Big Data technologies and tools.Requirements :- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Big Data/Hadoop ecosystem.- Strong hands- on experience in Spark and Hive for data processing and analytics.- Mandatory experience in Databricks with a minimum of 1 year.- In- depth understanding of distributed computing principles and concepts.- Proficient in programming languages like Python or Java for developing Big Data solutions.- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.- Experience with cloud- based Big Data platforms such as AWS or Azure would be a plus.- Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
