You will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions that enhance labor scheduling, tracking, and management for clients in the retail and hospitality sectors. Your work will ensure the high availability and real-time performance of our critical systems.Responsibilities :- Lead the technical vision for full stack development, aligning with organizational strategies.- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.- Implement innovative solutions and best practices in front-end (React) and back-end (PHP, Laravel, Golang) development.- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions.- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments promptly.Desired Qualifications :- Strong foundational knowledge in computer science and software design principles.Proficiency in full stack development :- PHP, Laravel- React, and Golang- Experience with MySQL- Kubernetes- AWS, and Elastic Beanstalk.- Minimum of 6 years in software development, with a proven record of delivering high-quality projects.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to debugging.- Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
