Key Responsibilities :- Analyze requirements with strong process/solution/product knowledge- Anticipate and proactively plan for deployment challenges- Resolve common issues with speed and accuracy, performing root cause analysis through direct customer interaction- Engage in client discussions to understand problems, articulate solutions, and bring best practices- Conduct requirements workshops and identify process/system changes- Develop solution alternatives considering gap resolution, impact, user acceptability, and technical feasibility- Train end and key users, and prepare training materials- Assist in presales activities as a SME, contributing to solution design and team structure- Create marketing artifacts and GTM solutions, including case studies- Lead a team of Business Analysts and review their documents Technical/Domain Competencies :- Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Excel, SQL, JIRA, and VISIO- Certifications such as Associate (III) or LOMA (ALMI/ACS)- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry with IT delivery experience- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Effective team player with the ability to work on own initiative- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills (ref:hirist.tech)
