Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Azure services and architecture, coupled with the ability to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including development teams, IT operations, and business units to ensure the successful deployment and operation of Azure cloud solutions.Responsibilities : Cloud Architecture Design : - Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures on Azure.- Develop and document technical architecture, system design, and other technical requirements.- Evaluate and recommend cloud-native services and third-party solutions.Deployment and Management : - Lead the deployment of Azure-based solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Oversee the management, maintenance, and support of Azure environments.- Implement automation for cloud operations using tools like Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Azure CLI.Security and Compliance : - Ensure that all cloud solutions adhere to security policies and best practices.- Implement identity and access management, data protection, and compliance frameworks.- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of cloud infrastructure.Performance Optimization : - Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud solutions.- Implement and manage tools for monitoring, logging, and incident management.- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.Collaboration and Support : - Work closely with development teams to provide guidance on cloud architecture and best practices.- Assist in the migration of on-premises applications to the Azure cloud.- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on Azure technologies.Innovation and Best Practices : - Stay updated with the latest developments in Azure cloud technologies.- Advocate for and implement industry best practices for cloud architecture and operations.- Drive continuous improvement in cloud service delivery and efficiency.Qualifications and Experience Required : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on Azure architecture and design. - Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Functions. - Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools. - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent are highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities :- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop Azure strategies that align with their goals. - Design Azure architectures that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. - Lead the implementation of Azure solutions, including migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud. - Collaborate with other teams to integrate Azure solutions with other systems and services. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior architects and engineers. - Ensure the security and compliance of Azure environments. - Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and best practices.
