Its an opportunity to be part of something special.About the role :We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Consultant to join our team and take charge of developing, building, and implementing IT solutions for our R&D applications. In this role, you will be instrumental in solving bugs, providing user support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and network systems.Key responsibilities :- Developing and building IT solutions for the R&D applications by designing and coding software components, ensuring functionality and usability, and adhering to coding standards- Addressing and resolving bugs and technical issues related to the R&D applications.- Providing support to users of the R&D applications by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting user reported issues, and offering guidance and training to ensure smooth and effective usage of the application.- Overseeing the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure supporting the R&D applications- Contributing to the design and architecture of the systems supporting the R&D applications. - Evaluating and recommending appropriate technologies, frameworks, and infrastructure components to enhance the application's efficiency and scalability.- Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the R&D applications and related systemsQualifications and skills :Essential :- Degree in Information Technology or Software Development - 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and Product Delivery- Min. 2 years of Microsoft Azure, Sharepoint , Powerapps, Power BI & Java to be implemented in Pharma, Life Sciences Preferably in R&D Domain. - Understanding of compliance and risk management - Experience of working within Agile delivery methodology with an understanding of the system development lifecycle- Track record in successful development and implementation of the R&D applications- Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders Strong problem solving skills in technology design and implementation- AdaptabilityPreferred :- Microsoft Azure Certification- Java CertificationDiversity, Equity and Inclusion :At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.Were striving to create a climate where we celebrate our diversity in all forms by treating each other with respect, listening to different viewpoints, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace where your authentic self belongs and thrives.We believe in an agile working culture for all our roles.
