Job Title : DevOps LeadLocation : Any where in India or US - Remote / WFH Role permanently Company : CTS ( US ) Role : Contractual Period : 6 - 12 Months Position Overview :We are looking for a skilled DevOps Lead with expertise in AWS, Ansible, and Packer to spearhead our DevOps efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure on AWS.- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Ansible for configuration management and deployment.- Utilize Packer to create custom machine images for consistent and reproducible deployments.- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of our infrastructure.- Continuously optimize and improve our deployment pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our DevOps processes.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Years of experience working in a DevOps or related role.- Proficiency in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.- Expertise in configuration management tools such as Ansible.- Hands-on experience with Packer for creating custom machine images.- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.If you are a talented DevOps professional with a passion for automation and cloud technologies, we want to hear from you!
