Job Description : As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and execution of automated test cases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, develop test plans, and implement automated testing solutions to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products to our customers.Key Responsibilities :1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA team members to understand project requirements and define test strategies.2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.3. Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team.4. Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to the continuous improvement of our automated testing processes.5. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure the quality of deliverables.6. Work closely with QA team members to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.7. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in test automation, and proactively share knowledge with team members.Requirements :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2. 5 to 8 years of experience in QA automation, with a proven track record of designing and implementing automated test solutions.3. Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).4. Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity) and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).5. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Preferred Qualifications :1. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).2. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).3. ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing.Benefits :1.
