Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers, consultants, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide guidance and support for professional development. 3. Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality Odoo solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Technical Expertise : Possess in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP and related technologies. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Odoo and related fields. Provide technical guidance to the team and assist in problem-solving. 5. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks. Implement effective risk management strategies to ensure project success. 6. Resource Allocation : Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements. Optimize team productivity and ensure the utilization of resources. 7. Quality Assurance : Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain quality standards. Required Skills & Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and delivery. - Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and customization.
