SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role : 1. Work in a highly integrated, cross-functional environment, leading and supporting various projects2. Perform detailed system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications, and make recommendations for Retail based applications.3. Work closely with Point Of Sales (POS), Data Warehouse, ABAP, Basis and other teams in design and implementation of SAP Retail functionalities to support Retail businesses4. Work closely with key business users in developing detailed requirements and coming up with conceptual design of proposed solutions.5. Perform system configuration, modification and set-up for new projects, and enhancements to existing projectsDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) : Must Have : (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)1. Experience on SAP implementation projects, Excellent understanding of SAP FICO, SAP FICA , Preparation of business blueprint, Design, built, testing and cutover activates.2. Experience in configuring FICA Posting area , Reconciliation keys. 3. Excellent understanding of FI/MM integration in the area of inventory management, account determination, Goods receipt, Goods Issue and LIV processes.4. Good understanding of EDI/IDocs, process codes, partner profiles5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task, are essential6. Excellent communication, negotiation, inter-personal and organizational skills are essential7. Experienced in writing detailed functional specifications, prepare test scenarios, write test scripts and perform end-to-end testing.Good-to-Have : 1. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.2. S/4HANA implementation experience is preferred.3. 3 full lifecycles of large-scale SAP Retail implementations and have an in-depth understanding of SAP integration4. Capable of understanding complex business processes and requirements, and transforming them into simple solutions in SAP5.
