Job Title : Software Development Engineer IILocation : BangaloreJob Type : Full-TimeAbout the Role :We are seeking seasoned backend engineers to join our team and help build and manage our workflow automation systems for various daily operations involving bank customers. The project involves implementing end-to-end workflow management, including authoring workflows, handling state transitions, constructing APIs, and setting up a microservices infrastructure. This role encompasses all associated areas such as architecture and database design.Key Responsibilities :- Workflow Management Software: Design and develop workflow management software on the cloud.- Database Design and Deployment: Design and deploy related databases ensuring data integrity and performance.- Performance and Scalability: Ensure the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.- API Development: Design and construct REST APIs to support frontend and other services.- Continuous Integration and Deployment: Implement continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline software delivery.- Temporal SDK Implementation: Implement workflows using Temporal Java SDK.- Technical Solution Design: Design and code technical solutions in Java or a similar language.Basic Qualifications :- Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in computer science/information technology.Experience :- 4-8 years of non-internship professional software development experience.- Proficiency in Java backend programming language, particularly with implementing microservices using Spring Boot.- Database Management: Experience in database design and management, with a focus on the latest practices and associated versions.- Microservices Architecture: Exposure to microservices architecture using Spring Boot and best practices for building microservices.- Cloud Development: Experience in AWS cloud development using services such as IAM, S3, RDS, and container-based workloads.- Testing and Unit Tests: Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests to ensure code quality.- Version Control and DevOps: Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for version control and continuous integration.Desired Skills :- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.- Familiarity with Temporal Java SDK or similar workflow management tools.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
